Welcome to Kahshe Lake!

Our cottage is located 2 hours north of Toronto, near Gravenhurst. Situated on a cliff, hidden behind white pines, our 3-bedroom cottage + sleeping cabin has beautiful views and sunsets, which you can enjoy from the 40’ screened-in porch. This is a boat-access cottage (no road), with parking and water taxis available at the nearby marina. Paddle along the shoreline on our 2 SUPs, explore the many islands on our 2 kayaks + 2 kids kayaks, or swim in the deep water directly off our dock. Sleeps 6-8.

  • 40’ Muskoka Room / Screened-in Porch

  • Starlink WIFI

  • Bedroom 1 (2 x XL twins, pushed together to make a king), ensuite, small screened-in porch; Bedroom 2 (bunk bed with 2 x twins); Bedroom 3 (1 x queen); Sleeping cabin (2 x twins)

  • 2 bathrooms, including ensuite

  • Oven, BBQ, toaster, coffee maker, french press, blender, coffee grinder

  • Fans in every room but no A/C (this is only an issue for a few days each summer, solved by a dip in the lake before bed)

  • Not suitable for children under 6 and those with mobility issues (many stairs and deep water)

  • Washer/dryer

  • If you bring your own boat, a slip at Rockhaven can be rented upon request

  • Parking for 1 car at Rockhaven Marina - call Judy or Dennis 705-689-6080 or 705-323-2118 for parking pass

  • Water taxis can be pre-arranged through Dennes Marina - call Paul at 705-783-2225 or 705-689-5082 and specify pick up at Rockhaven
